Integrated Management System

The policies are carried out in an integrated way through their consistency with the principles of management, and are developed through a Management System that the Company is committed to establish in accordance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 166002 norms, and directed towards Models of Excellence, all the above based on the management of people, management by processes and continuous improvement, thus guaranteeing their effectiveness and efficiency.

The Management System is structured into three aspects:

  • Management by Processes
  • Documental and registry management
  • Control and Continuous Improvement


Management by Processes

In line with the principles of work, abertis telecom considers the processes as a fundamental base from which to develop a Management System capable of responding appropriately to the defined organisational vision.

In order to design the processes structure, abertis telecom applies the IDEF0 language as a facilitator to ensure a focus based on systems. The approach of design considers the organisation as a whole related to Interest Groups, which break down into different levels of processes thus making up the Tree of Processes.
